If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days of placing your order, please reach out to us at info@designwebprint.com. We’ll either resend your order or provide a full refund.
For defective items, we’ll replace them at no cost to you—just let us know and include photos of the damage.
You can return any product for free within 30 days of your order date, no questions asked, as long as it’s unused, and in its original condition. Once we receive and verify the returned item meets these requirements, we’ll process your refund.
Note: Each order qualifies for one free return. If you request multiple returns for the same order, only the first one is free—additional returns are possible, but you’ll need to cover the shipping costs to our designated return address. To save on extra fees, consider returning all items together.

Package your item and ship it back to our warehouse.
Once we receive it, we’ll issue your full refund within 5 days.
