At Design Web Print, we strive to deliver your orders efficiently and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping process, costs, delivery timelines, and responsibilities. Please review it carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Destinations

We ship orders from our facilities in China to many countries worldwide.

During checkout, you’ll see a list of available shipping destinations. If your country isn’t listed, please contact us at info@designwebprint.com to inquire about shipping options.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping Fee: $7.99 per order.

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $75.

Costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order value and destination.

Order Fulfillment and Delivery Time

Processing and Delivery Timeline: Orders take 10–15 days to reach you.

This includes:

  • Production Time: Time to print and prepare your custom artwork.
  • Handover to Carrier: Transferring your order to the shipping provider.
  • Transit Time: Delivery from China to your address.

These are estimated times based on typical conditions. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs processing, holidays, or weather).

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers, including:

  • China Post
  • Yanwen Post
  • Singapore Post
  • DHL

We select the carrier best suited to deliver your order quickly and reliably based on your location. You’ll receive tracking information (if available) once your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

Where possible, we provide tracking numbers via email or your account dashboard. Note that some carriers may offer limited tracking, especially for standard shipping methods.

Delays and Lost Shipments

Standard Delivery Window: Most orders arrive within 15–20 days. If your order hasn’t arrived after 30 days, please contact us at info@designwebprint.com

Resolution Process: If we confirm your shipment is lost or has been returned to us (e.g., due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package), we may offer to reship your order at no additional cost. Reshipments are subject to product availability.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events, but we’ll work with you to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

Taxes, Duties, and Customs Fees

Customer Responsibility: You, the buyer, are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees required by your country’s laws.

These charges are not included in our shipping fees or product prices and may be assessed by your local customs authority upon delivery. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before ordering.
